Fixing the failing detect_video method

The detect_video method fails at the cv2's rectangle and putText methods which are used to add bounding boxes and texts onto the video. This PR solves the problem by passing int values onto the rectangle and putText methods.

This is already been done to the detect_live method. It was missing the detect_video method.
