Installation Prerequisites

For users utilizing VS Code Remote Container or GitHub Codespaces, the devcontainer Dockerfile included in this repository has all the necessary prerequisites pre-installed.

• Visual Studio Code (v1.52 or later)

Ubuntu Installation Prerequisites

For installation on Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04, ensure that you also install libsnappy-dev and libc6-dev using apt-get.

$ sudo apt install libsnappy-dev libc6-dev -y

MacOS Installation Prerequisites

For installation on MacOS, you need to install rocksdb using Homebrew.

$ brew install rocksdb
