My first shot at NixOS/nixpkgs#61575

  • Actually use pkgsStaticShared in the code
  • CI
  • Remove use of pkgsStatic
  • Kill my nixpkgs changes that modified pkgsStatic

pkgsStaticShared seems like a really good thing! Is it possible to get this merged, in whatever state to nixpkgs?
