Terminator doesn't move when using snowballs

The terminator does not move when using snowballs, it shoots them and doesn't give chase.
How to reproduce:

1. Summon the terminator (If summoned in a snowy biome, you may skip step 2)
2. Give it snowballs
3. Go into survival mode and have it chase you (If you skipped step 2 lure it onto snow)

Expected behavior
It will shoot the player and give chase.

Observed behavior
It simply kept on shooting the player without moving.
