These changes allow send the results of running builds with MTR to the Visualizer using HttpStatusPush

Hi! I think the the PR looks good and did not notice any missing aspects. Probably it would be good to add also the Windows builders to the report. Maybe @cvicentiu has more comments, but overall it looks good to me.

Now it is difficult to implement sending results from Windows builds, since logs are not saved from these builds. In the future, I think we can do this. With the integration of this code, the main information will be sent to the Visualizer.
