Can't run ToDoApp tutorial due to this error: The remote certificate is invalid because of errors in the certificate chain: UntrustedRoot

I understand the importance of security, but I am just testing this out as a tutorial, so bypassing or disabling security seems like a good option. I will NEVER run code like this in a production environment -- I am just learning. Since I am just getting started with ABP it is a little frustrating to not be able to run the simplest tutorial due to this error. Can someone help me out with a simple temporary fix? This is after all supposed to be a very simple and straightforward tutorial.
