Which MOTA scores are considered good or bad?

Hello there, can you please help with identifying the standard,  which MOTA score are considered good or bad?

I am currently researching which MOTA scores are suitable for people tracking, like with MOTA-datasets.
In which range metrics are good, and in which are bad?
Can you help with this? Like in this format: 55-73% is perfect, 40-55% is ok, and 0-40 is bad.
