Dory build is revert the mdx files

I have a docs folder. It has all my details - like dory.json and mdx files.

I make changes in mdx file and when I do dory build - it reverts back the file.

It keeps doing this again and again no matter how many times I change the file.

I've identified and fixed the issue where dory build was reverting changes to MDX files.

• Investigate the CLI build implementation (bin/dory.js)
• Examine Vite configuration and custom plugins
• Check how docs folder is processed during build
• Reproduce the issue to understand the behavior
• Identify root cause of MDX file reversion
• Implement fix for the reversion issue - modify CLI to use temporary directory instead of deleting user's docs folder
• Test the fix by running the build command and verifying docs folder is preserved
• Commit and push changes

🔍 Root Cause Identified

The issue was in the CLI build process (bin/dory.js). The CLI had a fundamental design flaw:

1. Line 17-22: The build process deleted the user's docs folder at the start
2. Line 91-94: After building, it deleted the docs folder again
3. Line 64: The build excluded the docs directory from being copied

The CLI was designed assuming users would have their content files in the current directory, not in a docs folder. But users naturally organize their content in a docs folder, so the CLI kept deleting their work!

🛠️ Fix Implemented

The fix detects if the user has an existing docs folder and adapts the build process:

• When user has no docs folder: Uses docs as temp directory (original behavior)
• When user has docs folder: Uses .dory-build-temp as temp directory instead
• Preserves user content: Never deletes the user's actual docs folder
• Includes user docs: Copies the user's docs folder to the build directory
• Clean cleanup: Only removes the temporary build directory, not user content

✅ Testing Results

I tested the fix by running npm run build on the current dory project (which has a docs folder):

• ✅ Build completed successfully
• ✅ User's docs folder preserved with all MDX files intact
• ✅ dist folder created with built documentation
• ✅ Temporary build directory cleaned up properly
