Context

When reading Dan's Article on Codú this morning the excerpt starts with "image description" which is alt text for the image that is in the article.

Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce

The article above starts with an image.
Then when publishing the article an excerpt was not provided by the author, and when saving the excerpt was taken from the top content of the article, which has pulled in the image alt text and added the words "image description" to the excerpt.

Another example can be found on dev.codu.co that I was using to replicate the issue.
