[BUG] E2E tests are unstable on windows

From the latest runs on e2e-tests-main it appears that the windows tests are no longer stable. They are struggling mainly in the Red Hat OpenShift Local extension verification › Red Hat OpenShift Local extension installation › Extension (card) is installed, present and active step. The video evidence lacks the scrollIntoViewIfNeeded() feature so until that is implemented it will be hard to figure out the reason behind it.

From my investigation there may be more than one issue, currently the problem seems to be the one reported here: podman-desktop/podman-desktop#13047 but if I recall correctly when I first reported the issue there was a problem in a different step of the test case.
