"To" recipient not shown

Hello,

We recently noticed a display issue. When replying, the "To" recipient does not always appear. As shown in the screenshot, with Richard’s message we can see the "To" recipient, but with Anthony’s message we only see the "CC" recipient. Would it be possible to fix this?

"To" is shown only for messages from customers. There is no plans to show it for user agents messages.
