Make tag objects work properly

In https://github.com/josh-project/josh/pull/1394 we made tag objects filterable. Previously in some circumstances they were already understood by Josh. But in both those cases, they get transformed into regular tags. We need proper support for those, which doesn't discard the tag object.
