MGMT-20756: untested lsblk --json for partition handling

This is a proposed diff to solve MGMT-20756, I did not test it, and I don't have a system to test it on (it probably doesn't even compile), so if you're working on MGMT-20756 feel free to take it and do whatever you want with it.
