Update Documentation to Point to New Samples Location

The directory is empty https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-ldap/tree/main/samples, it is not easy to start work with project without samples.

Hi, @robertmakrytski. Sorry for the confusion, the samples have been moved to https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-ldap-samples. Is that enough to get you started?
