Add support for configuring token-exchange via a bean #14701

Similar to support for the jwt-bearer grant type, OAuth2ClientConfiguration.OAuth2AuthorizedClientManagerRegistrar should handle registering a TokenExchangeOAuth2AuthorizedClientProvider configured with a DefaultTokenExchangeTokenResponseClient when either bean is present in the application context.
