HTTP/3 delivery by caddy-tailscale requires TS_DEBUG_MTU >= 1330 in my IPv6-only tailnet. The default tailnet MTU is 1280.

At < 1330 HTTP/3 connections are attempted but never connect, with client logging connection timed out.
