[Question] Bright Island

I found this: https://dreamycecil.itch.io/bright-island
I threw it into the Mods folder, but nothing showed up in the TSE Mods menu.

Am I missing something?
Maybe the original file will work?
If not, would it be possible to add Bright Island to the party?

Edit: I also dropped the file alongside the other TSE "GRO" files, but the file in question did not appear in the mods menu.
